"The Hotel does not have a reception, just a desk at the back of the restaurant,but does have common areas where you can sit & watch over the busy street's or sunbathe on a small roof which has a few beds,it also has a roof seating area where you can take drinks from the bar,this area is also open to the public so gets busy at night."
